2.The Loyalty Card scheme is in operation throughout the year, although Deep Blue reserves the right to cancel the promotion at anytime.

3.The Scheme is operated at participating Deep Blue takeaways and restaurants that are part of Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd.

4.Customers must complete their details on the reverse of the card.

5.One free Fish & Chips of any size may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.

6.Deep Blue reserves the right to substitute its offer products with those of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond Deep Blue’s control.
