DEEP BLUE Promotion Terms & Conditions
1.Our promotions are open to residents in England, Wales and Scotland excluding employees and their families of Deep Blue and its affiliates or agents, the family of such employees and any other person connected with our promotions.
2.All promotions operate within specific dates. These dates can be found on literature directly associated with these promotions.
3.Promotions are operated at participating Deep Blue takeaways and restaurants that are part of Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd.
4.Where required, entrants must complete their details on promotional literature.
5.Offer products are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
6.Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
7.Deep Blue reserves the right to substitute its offer products with those of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond Deep Blue’s control.
