Following Channel 4’s Big Fish Fight campaign, we have received numerous e-mails from our customers wanting to know where we source our fish from.

We would like to reassure all our customers that all the Cod and Haddock we sell comes from the well managed waters of the Barents Sea, north of Norway and the North Atlantic off Iceland and the Faroe Islands. We do not sell any fish from the North Sea where the wasteful practices described by the Big Fish Fight Campaign take place.

We are also receiving requests to supply lesser known species and we are investigating the possibilities of expanding our menu to include more variety in the future. We are considering all options and will keep you posted.
