Pay & Bonus Gap

At Deep Blue Restaurants Ltd we are confident that men and women are paid equally when working in equivalent roles.

The below table shows Deep Blue Restaurant’s Gender Pay Gap and Gender Bonus Gap as at the snapshot date (5th April 2019).

Data Guidance for the reporting: A negative figure indicates a higher percentage paid to women and a positive figure indicates a higher percentage paid to men.

The below charts show the gender distribution across four equally sized pay quartiles.

These show that our female population is higher in the lower quartile, higher in the lower middle quartile, higher in the upper middle quartile and lower in the upper quartile.

Accompanying Comment:

Although our Gender Pay Gap shows that men are paid more than women, our data shows that men and women are equally paid when working in equivalent roles. We have, however, continued to monitor this across our business and this will be reflected in our reporting next year. Over the last 6 months we have been monitoring the gender diversity throughout the business particularly in our stores and have a well-balanced workforce.
