Assistance Dogs are welcome in our restaurants and takeaways. This includes trained and accredited Assistance Dogs, such as:
- Guide dogs: to assist the blind and visually impaired
- Hearing dogs: to assist the deaf and hard of hearing>
- Service dogs: to assist with mobility, seizure or other medical alerts
Some of our restaurants have outdoor seating areas, where dogs are always welcome.
Absolutely! Most of our restaurants feature special Kids’ Menus for our younger diners, including tasty meal deals. In addition to fun kids’ activities to keep youngsters entertained, most of our restaurants offer high chairs and baby changing facilities too. Please check with your chosen restaurant in advance though, just in case.

While many of the restaurants offer wheelchair access and have excellent disabled facilities, in order to ensure you have the best experience possible, we recommend that you contact your chosen restaurant in advance to ensure it meets your specific requirements.
As with any restaurant, it’s always a good idea to reserve – either by calling your chosen restaurant in advance or booking online. Of course, all diners are always welcome to turn up on the spur of the moment and we’ll always be delighted to accommodate you where possible.
When ordering online, you can make payments by a number of commonly used methods. You can pay by most widely accepted credit and debit cards in all our restaurants. We regret that we do not accept payment by cheque. We also currently do not accept £50 notes in our restaurants and takeaways.
We have a selection of plant based options at the majority of stores. However, plant based items are fried in shared oil with meat and fish products.

While unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of nut or dairy products, where possible we will endeavour to cater for your needs and best advise on whether or not menu items are suitable or can be adapted, depending on your requirements.
